COVID lockdown 3 update

It’s not quite business as normal however WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

New Machines:

The showroom will not be open as normal however for anyone wanting to buy a new machine we are asking you to book an appointment in advance by calling or emailing us on 0161 928 2048 or enquiries@ashleymowers.com. When you do buy over the phone, we will put the new machine together and then deliver free of charge or you could come to the showroom

Call and Collect:
We are allowing only 1 person in the showroom at any one time and all social distancing and COVID-19 protocols must be adhered to – you must wear a mask in the showroom at all times, use the hand sanitiser provided, keep 2metres apart, etc.

We have cordoned off some of the showroom so demonstrations will be supervised. This is so that we can control all equipment being sanitised before and after use. Please ask a member of staff for help with this.

We would ask all our customers that if you’re showing any symptoms at all, please isolate & do not come to the Showroom.

Servicing and Repairs:

The workshop is open for business as usual. We have the full team in to service and repair your garden machinery.

If you are bringing in the machine to the showroom please leave all mowers outside (these will be sanitised before being accepted through to the workshop) and

If you would rather not take the journey here or are isolating, we are also offering FREE collect and delivery (within a 10-mile radius) for the duration of the lockdown. Our Van will come and collect your machine – you can leave it outside so no contact needs to be made, and we will return it completely sanitised. Just call us on 0161 928 2048 to arrange the time and date.
